What are your service hours?+
Our dedicated team is available to assist you every day from 10 AM to 10 PM. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via chat or direct message. We're here to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Do you offer extra sleeping options?+
Absolutely! If you require a sofa bed, please inform us prior to booking to ensure availability. Please note that there is an additional charge of $20 per extra guest to cover the added amenities.
Do you provide private parking?+
We do not offer private parking. Guests are responsible for making their own parking arrangements. We recommend checking for nearby local parking options
What toiletries and linens do you provide?+
We take pride in providing our guests with luxury hotel-quality toiletries, fresh linens, and towels to enhance your stay.
Linens and Towel Sets:
1 Bedroom Apartments: 2 sets of towels (1 bath, 1 medium).
2 Bedroom Apartments: 4 sets of towels by default.
For guests staying over 30 nights, we offer a complimentary linen refresh and cleaning service starting on day 14. Should you require additional cleaning services, please let us know, and we will arrange it for a nominal fee.
What household supplies are available?+
We provide starter supplies including cleaning essentials, tea, and coffee to get you settled in comfortably.
Essentials: We provide an iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hair dryer for your convenience.
Kitchenware: Our kitchen is equipped with salt, pepper, 2 cups, 2 glasses, 1 pan, 1 frying pan, 2 plates, and 2 tureens.
For any additional supplies you may need during your stay, you will need to make arrangements to purchase them.
Is smoking allowed in the apartments?+
To maintain a clean and healthy environment for all our guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy within the apartments. A penalty of $200 will be applied if this policy is violated. We appreciate your cooperation.
Can I rearrange the furniture in the apartment?+
We kindly ask that you keep the furniture in its designated arrangement to maintain the condition of the apartment for all guests. If you do need to move any furniture, please ensure it is returned to its original position to avoid a repositioning fee of $50.
Do you offer any child-friendly amenities?+
Yes, we are pleased to offer child-friendly amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for families. For a nominal fee of $35, we provide a comprehensive package that includes a baby cot with bedding, a baby high chair, and a baby bathtub. Please let us know in advance if you require these amenities so we can have everything ready for your arrival.
What happens if I lose the key?+
For your security and convenience, we have a key replacement policy in place. In the event that you lose a key, there will be a $50 charge to cover the cost of replacing the lock.
